Lost and Missing Parcels

Any issues regarding lost or stolen packages should be directed to your shipping carrier. Velvet Smoke is not responsible for any missed or rescheduled deliveries. Once an order has left our warehouse it is no longer within our control to track, redirect or cancel the delivery. Please contact your shipping carrier with your tracking number to discuss any missing or stolen packages, or to reschedule your delivery.
